Aluminum Conductor Composite Core
High Temprature Low Sag

The ACCC® conductor dead-ends and splices have been rigorously tested and refined to provide reliability, durability and trouble-free installation in harsh conditions.

The internal mechanism used to grip the composite core consists of a collet and collet housing which are seated via couplers using standard wrenches. Aluminum sleeves fit over the collet assembly, crimped with a standard 60 ton press to enable electrical current flow through splices or to jumper pads.

Dead-ends and splices developed by CTC Global are manufactured in conjunction with various hardware suppliers, globally. Other components developed and produced by a number of Hardware manufacturers have been extensively tested and widely deployed to nearly 340 ACCC® conductor installations.
